RESERVATION POLICIES:
- Any passenger over 11 years old is consider an adult and has to pay full price.
- Child between 3 & 11 years old pay half price.
- Infant between 0 & 2 years old get on board for free.(Need to mention once you do your reservation)
CANCELLATION POLICIES:
To assure our client satisfaction, The Marigalante never overbooks a tour. Therefore, the following notification procedure is mandatory:
- Cancellation 24-hours or more in advance: 100% refund – cancellation 12 hours in advance: 50% refund – No show: No refund.
- We reserve the right to modify the schedule without prior notice – Please arrive for check-in 1 hour before your tour departs – Activities may be changed due the weather or sea conditions.
